Group: First Generation College BIPOC Support Group
A non-therapy support group for first generation BIPOC college students. Group will explore identity, expectations, perfectionism, intersectionality, isolation, and the impact of being a first-gen college student on roles and family relationships. Come connect with others navigating similar experiences and gain a sense of community. All BIPOC 1st gen college students - community college, undergrad and graduate level students welcome. Meets online and no geographic restrictions.
Group: The Mending Circle: Biography Quilting
This 12-week clinical group uses biography quilting as a narrative therapy practice grounded in liberation psychology, disability justice, and collective care. Participants are invited to explore their life stories through fabric, stitching, and shared reflection—transforming memory, identity, and meaning into a tangible object they can keep.
Group: Reclaiming Strength
This group will provide connection and support for men and masculine people who have experienced violence or threats of violence. The group will create space to share and hear stories, and to find resonance with others who have gone through similar experiences. We will also learn and practice techniques for holding difficult or traumatic memories without becoming flooded or overwhelmed.
Group: QTPoC Strong
QTPoC Strong is a virtual peer support group where peers can process and connect over their intersecting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC identities, cultivate resilience in the face of ongoing political changes, and reclaim joy as an act of resistance. This group will primarily focus on building social connections, fostering empowerment, and engaging in identity work alongside peers.
Group: Church Hurt Healing Circle
A space for people untangling harm from Christian churches. Through dialogue, grounding practices, and small ritual, we'll explore repair — with self, with community, and with what once felt sacred. We'll reflect, sing, and maybe cry. Stay after for late-night coffee hour.

A 9-week group integrating liberation-rooted practice, narrative therapy, and Mexican Folk Magic. For those unlearning supremacy culture and reclaiming spiritual connection through story and ritual.
