THEY/THEM — CLINICAL THERAPIST
People often seek therapy when something in their life feels out of alignment—when there's a desire for change, even amidst the things we can’t control. Creating change takes courage and a willingness to try something new. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported enough to explore possibilities. Together, we can experiment—whether that means trying on a new perspective, practicing different ways of relating, or gently approaching something you've been holding at a distance. Whatever you're moving toward, you won't be facing it alone.
Pain, healing, and growth are all part of being human. You’re not broken—you’re navigating life in a complex world. In our work together, we’ll honor the strengths and strategies you’ve developed through survival, and consider how they can serve you as you shape your path forward.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I offer trauma-responsive care that is queer- and trans-affirming, anti-racist, and decolonizing. I work with children (ages 6+), adults, and groups. I have a special passion for supporting folks with ADHD, gender transition, and healing from relational and religious trauma.
If you’d like to explore what working together might be like, I invite you to reach out. I offer sliding scale sessions for those who are out-of-network or for whom cost is a barrier. Whether or not we connect, I wish you the best on your path.
