THEY/THEM — ADVANCED CLINICAL INTERN

I am a neurodivergent, queer-affirming, and trauma-informed art therapist in training. I integrate art therapy and harm-reduction practices with a psychodynamic and narrative therapeutic approach, creating a space where you can uncover and deepen insight in ways that feel both creative and expansive.

Growing up within the Greek diaspora, I have always been aware of the subtle ways culture, family, and community shape who we are. This lived experience continues to inform my belief that healing is personal, relational, and political all at once. While I value individual therapy, I am equally passionate about group therapy and social practice because connection and shared experience play a central role in therapeutic change.

My background as an interdisciplinary artist, educator, and reproductive health assistant has led me to work with people across the lifespan in a variety of settings. I've supported individuals navigating a range of experiences, including reproductive health concerns, chronic and acute medical conditions, substance use, and persistent mental health conditions.

I hope that our work together supports you in recognizing your resilience, creativity, and the unique ways you engage with the world so that you can feel more fully seen, understood, and consistent in your body and mind.

I am especially drawn to working with clients navigating:

  • Diverse Family & Relationship Dynamics

  • Disability & Neurodiversity

  • Substance Use

  • Persistent Mental Health Conditions
